What the work is

A day on board — one working day.

Shore and sea are the same day here: the counter opens, the gangway fills, and the watch takes her across. Times below come from our published hours and timetable.

Why join us

Why work at Roble

A crew that knows the water

Forty years of routes across Regions VII and VIII, and a name Leyte and Cebu passengers already trust.

Safety, taken seriously

ISM procedures, drilled crews, and certificates kept current — not paperwork for its own sake.

Room to grow

Shore and sea-based paths side by side, with OJT placements as a real way in.
